When you have sent us your hunting enquiry with specific species or packages you can make your booking directly with Battle Creek Safaris.
A booking will only be held once a minimum of 50% of the total daily rates have been paid. When booking a package hunt a payment of a minimum of 40% of the package total including daily rates needs to be made to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled 90 days prior to safari unless re-booked.
Full payment of daily rates should be made on arrival of your safari. The remainder of that package total should be made in full on the last hunting day. Any animals hunted outside of packages or hunted as species specific animals should also be paid in full on last day of your safari.
We would prefer to have all payments made in full via Wire Transfers but when not the following rules will apply: Wire transfers will have zero surcharges. Checks will have 1% surcharge on transaction Personal cash and or credit cards (5% fee on credit cards) accepted.
Where blood has been drawn of specific species hunted and special could not be retrieved full trophy payment applies.
Gratuities will never be seen as a have-to but will be greatly appreciated by staff and hunting parties.
All clients need to obtain their own travel insurance prior to their safari.
All rates are calculated in US Dollars – rates in UAS Dollar & EUR are also available on request.
